For over a century, olive oil producers pressed their fruit for one thing only: the oil. The water left behind — rich in hydroxytyrosol and polyphenols — was discarded, or at best used as low-grade fertiliser.
We built OLIVALORE around what they left behind. Not as a gimmick, but because the science was always there, waiting to be used.

And the living water of the olive — rich in hydroxytyrosol and polyphenols, drawn from the pressing of the fruit itself. For centuries, producers kept the oil and discarded the water. We built OLIVALORE around what they left behind.
